Terms of service

I reserve the right to deny any commission or request.Note: * means an additional fee may be added due to complexity.

NSFW is accepted for those 18 and up. My pricing and policies are different and will be discussed upon request.

GENERAL

1. Artworks take approximately 7 to 45 days to complete. I will give updates if any delays occur. Respect my time, as rushing is discouraging and will make working more difficult.2. References are required before the payment has gone through. Be ready to provide as much detailed information as possible, which includes references & descriptions. The more, the merrier!

PRICING

3. All payment is upfront. If the price is above $100, a half now-half later payment plan can be negotiated. Additional fees cannot be negotiated.

REVISIONS & REFUNDS

4. If the customer cancels the commission, a full refund will be provided unless the artwork has already been started. In this case, the customer will not receive a refund to compensate for time & resources spent. If I cancel the commission, a full refund will be provided regardless of how much progress was made.5. 2 free large revisions will be available during the sketch phase. After that, I will charge an additional $10 for every revision. If a mistake was made on my end, the customer will not be charged.

USEAGE

6. MY ARTWORK CAN NOT BE USED FOR AI, NFTS, BLOCKCHAINS, OR FOR ANY OTHER HARMFUL / MONETARY PURPOSE.The customer may use it for any personal reasons, such as pfps, banners, and more so long as credit is provided.
